Annual Friends of the Library Holiday Party

Annual Friends of the Library Holiday Party In-Person

flyer describing FOL Holiday partyEveryone is invited to the annual Friends of the Library Holiday Party on Saturday, December 10 at 2:30pm. The return of this much anticapated event offers something fun for everyone.

To kick off festivities, Noel Paul Stookey will share songs and stories.

For children of all ages, Andrew Silver will perform Silver Circus. Featuring spectacular magic, juggling, physical comedy, and tons of audience participation, Andrew presents a one-of-a-kind exhibition of skill and comedy. By adapting techniques and themes from the new vaudeville clowns, Andrew has created a masterpiece of modern performance for every age level.

Misty Mountain Singers will be here to perform songs and Paul Kelly will share carols around the piano.

Regular library services will be closing early at 1:30pm in preparation for the party.

In addition to inviting you to our party, we invite you to bring in refreshment donations, and also welcome are wrapped gifts for children -- noting the appropriate age range for the gift -- that will be distributed through the Tree of Life and the Emmaus Center to families in need. A tree will be set up in the Adelaide Pearson Room, so please bring in your gifts after Thanksgiving for this.
