Books and Brews In-Person
Do you like a good book? How about drinking a great beer? If so, this is the book club for you. Join Kayleigh Thomas, Assistant Director offsite at Strong Brewing in Sedgwick to discuss a book and drink some beer. We will meet once a month, rain or shine. If you'd like, bring your own lawn chair!
This month, we will be reading and discussing The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab and meeting on Friday September 17th at 6pm. France, 1714: in a moment of desperation, a young woman named Addie LaRue makes a Faustian bargain to live forever―and is cursed to be forgotten by everyone she meets. But everything changes when, after nearly 300 years, Addie stumbles across a young man in a hidden bookstore and he remembers her name.
