Homework Help

Homework Help Online

For junior and senior high school students looking for extra homework help, you can join Amy Archer on Tuesday, January 19 at 4 PM via Zoom. Reserve an appointment through our interactive library calendar and from the comfort of your home, receive assistance in subjects such as reading comprehension, essay and general writing, vocabulary and spelling, or history. Amy is thrilled at the opportunity to work with students again and hopes that this will be a good chance for students to gain some extra support.

After college, Amy Archer was a staff writer for Glamour magazine. It was eye-opening, but wanting a broader vision she went to Brown University for her Masters in English where she was a Teaching Assistant, and an Associate Professor.  Teaching younger students to love literature and to enjoy writing became her life's work.  To date, she has taught classes ranging from 8th grade to high school seniors for over two decades.  She particularly enjoys working with students in small groups or one-on-one.

This program is free to the public and you may reserve one of two available half hour tutoring slots. To reserve your spot click the "schedule appointment" button below and select one of the available slots. If you have any questions you can contact Kendall at kendall.chapman@bhpl.net or by calling the library.
