Welcome to Banned Books Week Online

Join Ruth Slaven Teen Services Librarian, Kendall Chapman, (online) as she welcomes everyone to Banned Books Week, September 27th to October 3rd. In this video Kendall will be discussing the significance of Banned Books Week, a brief history of banned and challenged books and the importance of the Freedom to Read Act. Kendall will also be sharing some frequently banned and/or challenged young adults books.
