Solar Telescope Viewing with Blue Hill Night Sky Festival In-Person
Come view the sun with the Blue Hill Public Library and Dark Sky Maine on a special, solar filtered telescope, as part of the Blue Hill Night Sky Festival! Join us out on the library lawn on Saturday, October 5th, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m to see sunspots and learn about our closest star with two experienced astronomy educators: Michael Marion, host of Star Parties on MDI; and Jon Silverman, president of the Central Maine Astronomy Society.
