Children’s librarians and early childhood educators are invited to a Storytime Sharing Workshop on Thursday, January 16 from 9am-1pm.  This will be a structured professional development opportunity to share ideas, songs, and things that work well at your storytime.  This will also be an opportunity to ask questions of peers and generally be a space to share information.

We will be joined by Merrie Eley for a puppet story.  She will share a puppet story and demonstrate the process of performing a story for kids and families. Merrie is a Maine Master Naturalist and worked at the Bay School for many years.

Registration is required and can be done using the library’s interactive calendar.  In the notes field, please indicate if you would like to have time to share some of your storytime resources. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
