Bob Lloyd Magic & Variety Show for Kids In-Person
Kids and their families are invited to a Magic & Variety Show by Bob Lloyd on Saturday, May 18 at 11 am in the library's Howard Room. An experienced and exuberant master of his art, Bob Lloyd presents a fast-paced blend of magic, juggling, and mime which captivates audiences of all ages.
Bob Lloyd has been performing professionally for over 40 years! Learning magic as a child, Bob began his entertainment career performing at birthday parties. As his skills grew, pantomime and juggling became important parts of his act. In 1981, Bob was accepted into the renowned Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Clown College. Upon graduation, Bob traveled with the circus on a two year national tour with the legendary “Greatest Show on Earth.” An avid student of the Martial arts, Bob is a 5th degree Black Belt, and continues to train and teach Tae Kwon do & Jujitsu. Today, all his skills acquired in a lifetime of learning are on display in Bob’s performances. Providing unique live entertainment for any occasion, Bob Lloyd: magician, juggler, mime - more than magic.
