The discussion series at the Blue Hill Public Library has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

The Blue Hill Public Library will be holding a three session discussion series to complement the 37th Annual Camden Conference, with discussions taking place on Tuesday February 6, 13, and 20 from 1pm-3pm in the library's Howard Room. This three-session in-person series is a component of the Camden Conference community events program, in connection with the Camden Conference, 'India: Rising Ambitions, Challenges at Home' which runs February 16-18, 2024.

Facilitated by Bob Sargent, Eric Sass, and D. Scott Miller these three sessions are intended to help participants achieve the most from participating in the conference by working through a list of questions and reflections about the topics that the facilitators deem to be relevant and provocative.

There is a reading list on the 2024 Camden Conference webpage, and select titles will be available for checkout at Blue Hill Public Library. 

Eric Sass, a Sargentville resident, was a senior executive for 22 years at the PBS Network and is the founder of PBS Home Video

Bob Sargent is a Sargentville resident and is retired US Foreign Service officer whose overseas assignments included the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Turkey and Tunisia, Vietnam.

Scott Miller is a Blue Hill resident and a retired international banking executive whose overseas experience includes several years in Great Britain.
