Manga Creatures with Frederica Marshall

Manga Creatures with Frederica Marshall In-Person

Teens and tweens are invited to join local artist Fredrica Marshall for a special manga inspired workshop on Wednesday, March 29 from 3:30-5:00 PM. Frederica will present a traditional Japanese kamishibai story with her own sumi-e paintings running through a wooden theatre. After, participants will take inspiration from the story to create unique manga style creatures that are a mashup of animals and food! Frederica will help guide participants through their creative process with some style tips and inspiration from Japanese culture.
